Class Rules:

1. Be on time!
2. Be prepared with all materials when class begins.
3. Respect others.
4. Use manners.
5. Stay on task.

Late Work:
Assignments are due the day after it is assigned unless specified. Homework is usually assigned only if a student has missing assignments or missed school for an extended period due to illness, etc. In the case of missing work, points will be deducted when I receive the completed work for up to one week. I do not send busy work.  Every assignment contributes to the student’s understanding of the lesson, so it is very important that every assignment is completed. If help is needed, students are encouraged to come to school early to take advantage of my before school tutoring time.

Make-Up Work:

Students who are absent are responsible to make up all missed assignments. You will be given twice the amount of time that you were absent to complete make-up work so that you will not fall behind on your other assignments. Before school tutoring will help you get caught up.

Tutoring:

Students may come in for tutoring/Corrections every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30-7:55. Occasionally students will be invited to attend tutoring in order to redo or improve test scores.

Textbook:
If you would like a textbook for at home use, a parent/guardian
may check one out from the librarian.
