Hello! My name is Stacie Davis. I am the Reading Intervention teacher at Diboll Junior High, and I have 19 years of experience in education. I have taught 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th grades. It is my passion to help struggling readers grow as readers using an exciting program called Read 180. I have been an interventionist for the past two years, and I look forward to adding a new grade level and group of readers this year with the addition of 6th grade to our campus. I have always loved to read, and I look forward to helping students learn to love it as well.

I am blessed with two wonderful children. My son, Erik, is 20 years old and a senior at Texas A&M, where he studies Communications & Sports Management and plays for the Fightin' Texas Aggie football team. My daughter, Kendall, is a junior at Lufkin High School, where she enjoys photography and theater. I enjoy watching my son play football, spending time with my daughter, and reading and listening to music in my spare time.
