If your child is going into the 7th, 9th, or 11th grade and plans to participate in athletics, band, cheer, drill team, or twirling, they need a physical!

Diboll ISD Athletics has partnered with area physicians and practitioners to make getting your child's physical as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Print the attached Pre-Participation Form 

2. Fill out the front side

3. Return it and $25 (cash only) with your student, this Friday, May 16th. 

Physicals will be done at 1:00 PM in the Diboll Junior High School Gym. (You do not need to be present.)
